Prism challenges 15 of Boston’s top chefs
to update traditional Jewish recipes.
What comes to mind when someone says “Jewish food?” Matzo ball soup? Brisket and kugel? Back by popular demand, we’re updating Jewish food by mixing tradition with creativity. No boring brisket or dried-out chicken at this event! We’re taking traditional Jewish foods and creating fun, healthy, contemporary dishes, from appetizers all the way to desserts.
Fifteen of Boston’s top chefs come together for this fun, interactive, tasting event hosted by Chef Michael Schlow of Radius. Selected chefs will provide short demonstrations, and participants will leave with a recipe booklet complete with the updated dishes prepared that evening.
